Xchain Technologies FZCO (the "Company", “Toyow”, “us”, “we”, or “our) is the owner and operator of the (www.toyow.com) website and the Toyow mobile application (hereinafter together referred to as the "Platform").
This page informs you and the other users of the Platform (together the “Users”) of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Platform and the choices you have associated with that data.
By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”), the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.
By accessing the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
A.Information we collect.
We may collect information including but not limited to the following about you and your use of our websites, platform and services (together, our ”Platform“) in order to create a better, more personalized experience for you or for internal legitimate purposes: Your name, email address, address, date of birth, telephone number, a password selected by you, and pictures and other data that may be selected or entered by you through the Platform. Furthermore, we may collect your payment and financial information and KYC information which will be stored by our third-party processors.

We automatically track certain information about our users including but not limited to internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, click patterns, etc.), your mobile device’s unique ID number, your mobile device’s geographic location while the app is running, your computer’s IP address, technical information about your computer or mobile device (such as type of device, web browser or operating system), your preferences and settings (time zone, language, privacy preferences, product preferences, etc.), the URL of the last web page you visited before coming to one of our sites, the buttons, controls and ads you clicked on (if any), how long you used the Platform and which services and features you used, the online or offline status of the Platform.
Please be careful about posting sensitive details about yourself including any Wallet Keys. While you may voluntarily provide this information to us when you create your profile, there is no requirement to do so. Where you do upload and choose to tell us sensitive information about yourself, you are explicitly consenting to our processing your information and making this public to other users.
We collect information including but not limited to postings you make on the public areas of our website, messages you send to us, and correspondence we receive from other users or third parties about your activities or postings on our website.
Upon your request, we will deactivate your account and remove your personal information from publicly available sections of the Platform. To make this request, contact us through the support channel available on the Platform. Upon our receipt of your request, we will deactivate your account and remove your personal information as soon as reasonably possible from publicly available sections of the Platform in accordance with our deactivation policy and applicable law. Nonetheless, we will retain in our files information you may have requested us to remove if, in our sole discretion, retention of the information is necessary to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems or to enforce the Terms of Use. Furthermore, your information may never be completely removed from our databases as required under applicable regulatory requirements. We, in no event whatsoever, sell the collected data to any third party for any purpose whatsoever.
B.No Information Collected from Children.
Toyow platform is not intended for children. Toyow does not intend that the Platform or its content are used by users under the age of 18 without parental consent. No information is intentionally collected from children. Toyow will not, without parental consent, intentionally collect or solicit any Information from anyone under the age of 18, or allow people under the age of 18 to register for the Platform.
In Case of Unintended Collection.
If Toyow learns from any person that it has collected Information from a child under age 18 without parental consent, Toyow shall promptly delete that information and take action to close the user account as well as notify respective law enforcement and regulatory authorities where applicable
Parental Consent.
Parents who register their child(ren) under the age of 18 on Toyow, or who allow their child(ren) to use the Platform specifically agree to Toyow’s collection of Information from their child(ren).
C.Retention of Information.
You specifically acknowledge and agree to the fact that Toyow will retain your Information for a period of ten (10) years from the time of account closure, where such information was generated during your use of our Platform. After this period of time, your information shall be deleted from our data repository.
D.Use of Information.
At no time will Toyow sell your personal information to any third party. Data will only be shared with third party services in order to facilitate seamless transactions on the platform such as KYC (Know Your Customer), to facilitate Deposits, Withdrawals of funds and payment of relevant fees and for facilitating relevant Regulatory enforcements
All Toyow partners are fully compliant with prevalent data protection legislation as per User geographies.
All personally identifiable information is stored in an encrypted and secured manner with us as well as our partners who may collect or use this information to provide relevant services.
We use your information to improve the performance and accuracy of our Platform and system. We will only do so if we can preserve the confidentiality of user-identifiable information.
We use the information we collect about you to provide platform services to you, create a better and more personalized experience for you based on your individual usage habits, improve our marketing and promotional efforts, analyze site usage and disclose aggregated statistics, improve our content and service offerings, aid in our monetization efforts, and customize our Platform’s content, layout and services. This may include migrating your information to other platforms owned by us. We also use the information we collect about you to review and investigate your activities or transactions on our Platform, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and enforce our Terms of Use Agreement.
We may use your correspondence with us, information posted by you for publication on our Platform for promotional, sales or any use that we consider appropriate, whether submitted via email, or posted on our Platform as long as it does not disclose any personally identifiable information unless explicitly authorised by you.
We may share your information with third party partners or third parties hired by us to perform functions and provide services to us subject to confidentiality obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy and on the condition that the third parties use your information only on our behalf and pursuant to our instructions.
We may disclose any information in response to a legal request such as a subpoena, court order, or government demand, to investigate or report illegal activity, or to enforce our rights or defend claims. We may also transfer your information to another company in connection with a partnership or a corporate restructuring, such as a sale or merger.
E.Tracking Technologies Toyow Uses.
Platform may use a variety of technologies to collect Information, including cookies, flash cookies, general log information, and referral information from third-party websites.
F.Advertising and Cookies.
Third Party Advertising and Cookies.
Toyow may permit third party advertising partners to deliver ads to Users and use cookies on the Platform. This policy does not cover third party advertising partners' use of cookies, which is subject to the third party advertising partners' own privacy policies. Toyow may, and may permit third party advertising partners, to use cookies to
1.recognize a User's computers
2.send online advertisements to Users, and
3.compile Information about a User's, and other's, use of its computer
We do not take responsibility for any products or services offered through these third party sites.
G.Accessing and Correcting User Information.
After creating an account, you will be able to access and edit your information through the login dashboard. Please be aware that although you will be able to access and edit your information, you will not be able to opt out of our data collection practices. Additionally, if you wish to opt out of our data collection practices or would like us to remove any of your information, please contact us through our support channel.
H.Right to Access your Information.
At any time, you have the right to access your Information by contacting the Platform through the support channels available on the Platform. Should you wish to obtain a copy of your Information, the Platform will inform you in advance of the cost of copying such information. Should you agree to this cost, you will be sent a copy of your information following your payment of the applicable cost.
I.Corrections and Deletions Process.
In the event the Information subject of the request of correction has been sent to a third party, the Platform shall notify the latter of the amendments made at your request. The Platform shall correct or delete the Information requested to be deleted or corrected within ten (10) days from the date when it is informed of one of the reasons requiring it to correct or cancel the said Information.
We may continue to hold certain information for a longer duration as required by applicable laws to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.
J.Deleting/Terminating Your Account on Toyow.
Users are able to delete/terminate their account on Toyow, provided that you do not owe us any unpaid amount, by contacting us through the support channel on the platform and notifying us to delete/terminate their account on Toyow.
K.No Security Guarantees.
Toyow does not guarantee against all unauthorized disclosure, alteration, or destruction of Information.
L.Legally Required Disclosure of Information.
1.comply with a legal obligation;
2.protect and defend the rights or property of the Platform;
3.prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Platform;
4.protect the personal safety of it’s Users or the public; or
5.protect Toyow against legal liability.
M.Storage.
Your information will be sent, stored, and processed in the United Arab Emirates and by using the Platform, you agree that your personal information may be transferred to the UAE or elsewhere and you agree to the information collection, use, and sharing practices described in this Privacy Policy
N.Amendments.
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we amend this Privacy Policy, we will modify the date listed on this Agreement or we may contact you. You must agree to the amendments as a condition of your continued use of our Platform. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using our Platform and notify us of your refusal to agree by contact us through the support channels available on the Platform.
